Experience in planning, prioritising & organising workloads in the service, support & repair industry, utilising a variety of CRM and ERP tools including Amdocs, Omnis and BMC Remedy to log, monitor and analyse trends to ensure SLA’s & KPI’s are met, while attempting to exceed all customer expectations. Team oriented with excellent communication skills at a technical & non-technical level with a reputation for integrity, supplying technical support to customers in person & over the telephone providing a quality service by taking ownership of customer’s problems & ensuring detailed documentation of all steps taken to a successful resolution.

Experience with Microsoft Office applications from 97 to 2013 including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook to create detailed reports and presentations in a logical professional manner.
